As of May 30, 2025, every end customer can get our extended 5-year free warranty.
All you need to do is register your boat after purchase.
The warranty is valid throughout Europe and issued directly by GUMOTEX—no distributors or anonymous call centers exist.

What does the warranty cover?

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material defects, including seams, valves, and construction
  • Normal recreational use by the end customer

What’s not covered?

  • Mechanical damage (e.g., punctures, tears, abrasions)
  • Incorrect or improper use (e.g., overloading, overheating, poor storage)
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Damage caused by animals, chemicals, or weather conditions
  • Commercial use (e.g., rentals, rafting companies)

👉 The complete list of exclusions:

  • Damage due to negligence, insufficient maintenance, accidents, abnormal or improper use, incorrect assembly or repair attempts, transport or storage damage
  • Unauthorized modifications (we discourage DIY tuning that contradicts our official YouTube instructions)
  • Scratches, tears, punctures
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Dragging the boat on rough surfaces
  • Exceeding maximum weight or user capacity
  • Extreme UV damage due to lack of protection (material breakdown or fading)
  • Damage from overinflation or heat exposure (e.g., sun-heated expansion)
  • Vandalism or intentional damage
  • Damage due to force majeure or severe weather
  • Improper cleaning or lack of maintenance
  • Damage caused by animals or aquatic/marine plants
  • Chemical or poor-quality water damage

GUMOTEX is not responsible for warranty returns to countries other than where the product was originally delivered.
