When and where do we process your personal data and what is it?

We process your personal data in the Czech Republic, in the event of your registration, registration of goods for an extended warranty, order / conclusion of a contract and in the event of subscribing to commercial communications / newsletters within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”). We do not transfer personal data abroad, except for their transfer to the extent necessary to the carrier ensuring the delivery of the goods to you, or for the purpose of ensuring customs clearance of the goods and fulfilling other similar obligations if the delivery address is abroad.

In the event of your registration, we process the following personal data:

E-mail address;

Telephone number;

First and last name;

Billing and delivery address.

We process this personal data for the purpose of creating a customer account. Such processing is permitted by Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. b) and f) of the Regulation. You can cancel your registration at any time.

We use the personal data listed under letter a), i.e. your e-mail address, to send commercial communications only if you choose the option of sending current information by e-mail in the registration form. You can unsubscribe from receiving commercial communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the footer of the e-mail.

In the case of registering goods to obtain an extended warranty, we process the following personal data:

E-mail address;

First and last name;

Contact address;

Information about the registered goods;

Information about the seller of the registered goods;

Gender;

Age;

Answers to any questions asked.

We process the personal data listed under letters a) to e) for the purpose of providing an extended warranty (your contact information, information about the goods, information for the purpose of verifying the purchase). Such processing is permitted by Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. b) and f) of the Regulation.

We process the personal data listed under letters f), g) and h) only when you fill them in and if you give your consent by checking the relevant box in the registration form (consent to the processing of statistical data). This personal data is used for our statistical purposes. The processing of the personal data listed under letters f) and g) takes place automatically and once after sending the registration form, when they are written into anonymous statistical data. You can withdraw your consent to the processing of the personal data listed under letter h) at any time by sending a request to the Contact e-mail address.

We use the personal data listed under letter a), i.e. your e-mail address, to send commercial communications only if you choose the option of sending current information by e-mail in the registration form. You can unsubscribe from sending commercial communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the footer of the e-mail.

In the event of sending an order / concluding a contract, we process the same personal data that you entered during your registration and information about the ordered goods, i.e.:

Telephone;

Name and surname;

Billing and delivery address;

Information about the ordered goods;

Information about the purchase.

We process this personal data for the purpose of sending the order and fulfilling the contract. Such processing is permitted by Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the Regulation.

We use the personal data listed under (a), i.e. your e-mail address, to send commercial communications only if you select the option of sending current information by e-mail in the registration form. You can unsubscribe from receiving commercial communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the footer of the e-mail.

In the event of subscribing to commercial communications / newsletter, we process the following personal data:

E-mail address.

We process this personal data for the purpose of sending commercial communications based on your consent. Such processing is permitted by Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation. You can unsubscribe from receiving commercial communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the footer of the e-mail.

How long will we process your personal data?

We will process the personal data provided in connection with your registration for the duration of your registration.

We will process the personal data provided in connection with the registration of goods for the purpose of obtaining an extended warranty for the duration of the extended warranty and for the following four years after its termination.
